Virtupro is at the forefront of indoor cycling technology, offering a patented indoor bike and gamified training software considered the most realistic indoor cycling experience on the market.

Challenge
Virtupro emerged as the new kid on the block, challenging the market leader in indoor cycling. As the only player offering an indoor bike combined with a gamified software platform built on AI technology from the PlayStation and console industry, Virtupro needed a clear brand direction and strategy. The company required a striking identity and a communication platform to raise awareness and onboard global users. Additionally, the challenge was to assist the founder in raising funds for the venture and ultimately help sell the business to a VC.

Solution
Hatch & Co developed a brand strategy, business model, corporate visual identity (CVI), and communication platform. This included advertising campaigns, a website, an app, sales collateral, and exhibition stand. We also assisted the founder with fundraising, developing pitch decks, conducting sales meetings, and ultimately facilitating the sale of the entire business.
